Greater Kouchibouguac Watershed Association

The Greater Kouchibouguac Watershed Assocation (GKWA) serves the Kouchibouguac, Kouchibouguacis and Black River Composite Watersheds in Northern Kent County. GKWA has a focus on fish and fish habitat conservation and restoration.

Kennebecasis Watershed Restoration Committee

The KWRC is composed of representatives from various provincial and federal departments, municipalities of the area, and local interest groups. These stakeholders have been planning, securing funding for, and implementing restoration, monitoring, and outreach activities within the Kennebecasis Watershed since 1994.    

Nashwaak Watershed Association

Nature Trust of New Brunswick

Established in 1987, the Nature Trust of New Brunswick is a charitable land conservation organization that is responsible for conserving and stewarding more than 83 beautiful and diverse nature preserves throughout the province.

New Brunswick Invasive Species Council

The New Brunswick Invasive Species Council (NBISC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to collaborative efforts with NGOs, government, industry, and recreational stakeholders to address invasive species in New Brunswick.

The Northumberland County Forest Products Marketing Board was formed in 1974 under government regulations, on a request from NWOA to establish a Marketing Plan covering primary forest products originating from private woodlots in the County of Northumberland, with the exception of Parish of Alnwick and Rogersville. A plebiscite of woodlot owners was conducted under the supervision of the New Brunswick Forest Products Commission.

L'ODVDM dessert le comté de Madawaska et les paroisses de Drummond et Saint-André, au Nouveau-Brunswick.

Les principaux services concernent la mise en marché du bois, l’offre d’un programme sylvicole, le partage d’information et de conseils, ainsi que la représentation des intérêts des propriétaires sur divers enjeux.

SENB represents more than 8000 private woodlot owners in Westmorland & Kent counties along with the Parish of Rogersville. A private woodlot owner is anyone who owns 25 acres (10ha) or more of woodland.

The South Eastern New Brunswick Forest Products Marketing Board was legally established on October 15, 1981 under the Farm Products Marketing Act.

SNB Forest Products Marketing Board (SNBFPMB) was formed in 1979, and is the largest, of the seven marketing boards in New Brunswick.  It represents over 8000 Private Woodlot Owners who collectively own approximately 1 million acres of forested land in the counties of Albert, Kings, Queens, Saint John, and the parish of Salisbury in Westmorland County.
